Device off and no answer from customer support
Hi. We bought a ClubSport Racing Wheel F1 in December. 4 weeks ago, the wheel disappeared from the control panel. It said the wheel was disconnected.
We tried everything (plugging again the wheel, turning on the base before or after plugging the wheel, checking the wheel and the base, re-installing the control panel (before or after plugging the wheel on the base), restarting the laptop, installled the firmware update, ... Nothing worked.
I submitted a ticket to customer support 3 weeks ago but no answer. And of course no way to contact anyone.
2 questions:
- would you see anything I should try to make it work?
- do you have any advice how to reach out to customer support? Or make them react? (maybe a bad post on social media would push them to react?)
I can't imagine staying with my device off for more weeks. Especially while still under warranty.
