wheel buttons don't work - please help

I bought a GT DD Pro in January 2025. I connected it to my PS5 Pro and everything worked without a problem. About 2 weeks after purchase, I updated the firmware of the entire set via the Fanatec app (Drivers 464). I recently ordered a boost kit and QR2. I received the shipment last Monday. I installed the QR2 according to the instructions. I watched the instructional video many times and read the instructions before installation. I think I did everything correctly. I also connected the boost kit. After reconnecting to the PS5 Pro, the buttons on the steering wheel do not work. I turn on the base by pressing the power button, a blue light on the button lights up, the steering wheel rotates, sets itself in the center, the LED screen shows information about the firmware and the Fanatec logo. However, the steering wheel does not respond to pressing the PS button. To check, I connected the steering wheel to my laptop, changed the LED diode to red on the power button. The laptop detected the steering wheel, and in the Fanatec application I checked which buttons work and which do not. It turned out that all of them work, except PS button, option button and one black button on the top left side, and X, Square, Circle and Traingle buttons. I will also add that there were moments when for literally a few minutes, when the steering wheel was connected to the PS5 Pro, all the buttons worked and then stopped working. It also happened that almost all of them started working, but the X, circle, Square and Triangle buttons did not work. But these were moments, because in general they do not work at all all the time. I even decided to return to the QR1 Lite, which was originally installed on the base and steering wheel, but the problem remained. The buttons still did not work. I also checked by disconnecting the boost kit and connecting the 5nm power supply, but it did not work either. All pins look perfect, they were not damaged. Please help.
