Fanatec DD Pro - Wheel is not centered when powered off

I own a Fanatec DD Pro Base with QR2 installed.
I can center-calibrate my wheel within the Fanatec Software on my PC. The Wheel is centered correctly when i play GT7 on my PS5.
However:
When i turn off the Base the wheel has a slight angle of maybe 10-15% to the left.
It also seems as if there are small steps of (magnetic) resistance when i turn the wheel with power off.
Is this normal behavior or is my base on the fence of breaking down?
I appreciate any opinion or recommendations.

That's normal due to the magnets.
Both of my points are normal?
The wheel not beeing centered when powerd off AND the resistance when turning while powerd off?
