The NEW Blog

edited April 2014 in Blog
Welcome to our NEW BLOG and community page on Fanatec.com

This blog will replace the current blog at www.911wheel.com. After the blog has been implemented succesfully we will also start a forum here and much more.

There are plenty of reasons for this new community and here are the most important:
  • You can use your existing webshop log in info
  • More powerful forum and blog functions and tools
  • All content under our main domain

It has been a bit silent in the past months but we were working on a lot of things and here is the place you will find all the new info.

I hope you like it!

Thomas

Thanks Thomas, now can you get your customer service to give me a replacement part that I have been asking for going on a week now and the only response is asking me to make a video with a camera I dont have.
  • Great to see this up and running. I know you've been hard at work Thomas and team.
  • I hope the "Fanatec is going out of business" posts will stop now.
  • Fantastic to see this site up and running.
  • Hi Thomas. Desperately hope you have something in the pipeline for XB1 because the opposition are falling down pretty badly. Oh, and congratulations on the new blogspace!

Ah cool new Blog here, welcome back Thomas! :)

One suggestion: On the old Blog the user could be logged in several weeks without re-logging in every time. On this new Blog I have to login every time I left the Blog. Could your IT-Team add the function to stay logged in, please? :)
Und ein hochgeladenes Profilbild wird aktuell nicht gespeichert beim Logout..
  • Nice to see this up :)
  • yeeeeeeaaah, finally! So much better to have a dedicated blog on the official website where it belongs. Hopefully the Trolls will stay away long enough. Now lets have the news on the new CS Rim, i am ready to order! I dont even care which wheel it is lol. Lets have it :D

Customer Service likely to improve any time soon ? Im having software problems, in the wheel setup menu it wont detect the Accel, brake and clutch even though i have the ps/2 connected to the base unit. Is there anyway i can fix this or does anybody here know how ? Any help would be greatly appreciated as i cant seem to find any answer in FAQ. Thankyou for a fantastic product !!

Good to see the new blog Thomas Could you change the crazy policy of Support asking me to do everything that I use to do when under warranty to BUY a part OUT of warranty, like making a video and jumping through all the hoops?

All my stuff is out of warranty, and would simply like to pay you hard earned $$ for a part I need, w/o answering questions and making videos.

No company I have ever dealt with makes getting a part out of warranty so difficult....Please. The Elite wheel and CSP's are not disposable at close to $900. Thank you.
  • Cool although I was hoping for a bit more of an update than we have opened the community section.
  • Love the change! :)>-
  • Freut mich, dass es auch hier Fortschritte gibt.
