F1 2019 Rim Problem

Got the new f1 2019 rim the other day,  put it on my csw v2  and updated all drivers and firmware.  When the wheel is connect to the base no wheel will show as being connected at all.   If any one has any idea how to fix that would be great.

    Did it show to be connected before the firmware update? Do you have another rim that shows up properly? Have you made sure that the rim QR has been pushed onto the wheel base HUB fully?

    No did not show up at all.  Yes other rim shows up.  Yes it is pushed on fully.

    What driver and firmware do you now have installed?

    334 and 336 and the what ever was the last firmware

    Have you checked the pins of the rim's QR, to see if they're all OK? If you don't see anything wrong, you'll have to contact Fanatec Support as there may be a hardware issue with the rim.

    yes all pin are ok
