Podium Steering Wheel F1 PS4 power supply fan always on

As stated in the object, the fan in the Podium power supply keeps spinning forever even after the wheel base has been switched off for hours. 
The only walkaround is to unplug the power cord for few seconds and plugging it back in. Obviously it can't be considered a proper solution, since you have to act that way every time you switch on the wheel base.
Is this happening to someone else?
