Power supply falls out

My power supply keeps falling out of the back of the wheel base, causing the wheel base to shut down during racing. It feels like the socket/power port is simply too big for the plug, causing the detachment when the force feedback sets in.

Do you know if it is possible buy a new power port on the Fanatec webpage? I cant find it anywhere.

This is not a repair that Fanatec offers spare parts for or that you should do yourself. As Maurice stated, you should contact Fanatec Support with this problem.
