Podium for PS4 formula rim vibration

HI, 

I just go the PS4 version of the podium DD wheel with the V2 formula rim, As soon as I turn on the base the rim starts vibrating, But I wont even be in the game its as soon as I turn the base on.

Is this normal or have I done something wrong?

I put my GT3 rim on and there is not vibration so I know its not an issue with something in the base vibrating. Everything works correctly and have no issues or faults with the product it is just annoying to have the constant vibration.

I have used both current v335 and the beta v340 of the software and firmware but the issue remains.

    Have you updated the steering wheel firmware as well? A couple of things you can try. Turn the wheel “SHO” setting off. Still vibrating ? Make sure the wheel is fully connected to the base and there are no loose/broken pins in the wheel connection. If it is still happening, you’ll need to contact support.
