My parcels were still picked up from Fanatec by UPS but then delivered to the Group7 facility in Hamburg for some reason. I'm still wondering if it's because the customs paperwork was missing or they put the wrong address on them. Either way they've been sat there for a week now.
I orderd mine om the same day mate. Turn your phone into landscape when looking for the tracking number on the order page on . (People say it doesn't work on phones but it does on mine) if you haven't got one yet then use your order number to track on the ups tracking site. That's how I first found my order before I got the tracking numbers
Ahh ok. Seems likely that his order was one of the incorrect document ones. Either they have sorted their shit out within the last week or we're just extremely lucky
Yeah, I fear that might be the case. Paid the import duties at 7.55 this, morning and hasn't moved since. It was a long shot, but I'm thinking today is not the day.
There's just no consistency at all with the orders. A guy from the UK on GTPlanet ordered his QR2 bundle + 2 more QR2s on the 25th, the day before me, and his got delivered on the 12th.
Mines move a lot during the night and only 30 miles away from Liverpool now. Guessing it will go out for delivery very soon. Will update when it arrives
Just ordered 2 days ago and got notice of the situation afterwards - so I'm confident and scared at the same time. Maybe it'll be a nice christmas gift. 😉✌️
2 weeks and 1 day for my order mate. Expect ya tracking number within the next 7 days. One thing to note, not one email from fanatec or ups lol. I signed up for ups my choice aswell to notify me a parcel with my adress is scanned by them. I'm in a big group of people who have all had orders within the last week or so. I think you'll be fine. Obviously take into account that some people are still having issues, but ive seen a lot less complaints on all forums last week and this week. Good luck 😉
Not the only one. It's great that people are getting their orders but at the same time infuriating for those that ordered before or even on the same day.
Driver forgot the invoice so I could pay at the door because my card payment is still pending, depot called me and assured me I'd reactive the order on first thing on monday

Group 7 are Fanatec's new logistics partner, basically their warehouse.

Curious if anyone has tried to get in touch with group7. Seems like orders going through them are thr ones getting delayed or just stagnating.

Mine is about 17 miles away and is marked as out for delivery.
Mines on its way to the depot closest to my adress. Just waiting for the out for delivery notification. Let us know when yours arrives mate

Your lucky to get a timeframe, all mine says is by end of day.

So my new/replacement order showed up on my Fanatec account on 17th Oct. (Original order placed 21st Sep)
The tracking number appeared on 19th and has said this since then: “Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet.19/10/2023 17:00”
hoping for some progress early next week but this aint my first rodeo, my expectations are LOW 🤣🤣🤣
