I know we’ll have to (probably) pay the VAT and handling again, but if the re-order charge is £0.00, how will the VAT be calculated? Will the package have the value on it separately?
I've almost had enough of this crap. I appreciate some people have been waiting much longer than me but Thursday will be a month since I ordered and two weeks after my packages were delivered to Hamburg and contacting support. There's been no change or response from support so I'll be calling my credit card provider and trying to get my money back. Can't be expected to wait & wait in the hope things change.
Finaly arrived after a royal fuck up by ups. (Ignore the room, new house) few tips you may find useful. If you're delivery date is within 3 business days of when you get prompted to pay the tax,PAY THE DRIVER WiTH CASH !!!!!!!!!!!. I payed with my debit car in the early hours of last Thursday and the payment is still pending as of now. Had to pay another 92 quid cash to the driver. Had more trouble over the last 2 days with Ups, than I did with fanatec. If you're payment is pending, they will juat cancel the delivery mid way through the delivery day.
Could the payment pending be an issue on your bank side? I've always had payments go through straight away with UPS. As i'll be having mine sent to an access point I have no idea how I would pay the vat if I don't do it online.
I literally have no words for how good the wheel is. Its well worth the wait. I've only ever had belt driven in the past and this is next level. Can't wait for you all to experience it. The load cell brake will take a while to get used to but I've got 3 different springs to try to figure out which one works best . Keep updating the thread when you getting any news guys
Fee's paid for me. Definitely think UPS has an issue paying by card online. Payment failed on a debit card and credit card so had to use PayPal which worked fine. Need to contact UPS though as they have still taken payment from both cards.
Iam really happy for ya mate. You'll have it by Friday. Just call Them and say you'll pay cash. The other guy who had his order swnt with mine seemed to have got his no problem, but dont know how he paid
Sorry mate I miss read the PayPal part. I payed cash yesterday and the original 92 I payed by card was back in my account today, without contacting anybody. I did make a fuss about to ups a few times though so I don't know if that has to do with it going back in my bank within 24h
As it's not been confirmed I imagine the transaction will just void out and the money won't be released from the bank. Had it happend before with other purchases online. It's they always say not to refesh the page whilst it's processing a payment.
When yours was returned to Fanatec did it show on the tracking as delivered to Hamburg? Mine were on the 12th and I'm still waiting for something to happen (ordered 26th).
It did yeah, it initially said “returning to sender” and showed the destination as Hamburg, before confirming that’s where it had been delivered to. That was the 11th actually , not the 10th like I thought.
I still don’t have mine. Has been a really long time now with no real movement. I have a tracking number which shows 5 parcels alI with labels created on the 16th October but the tracking numbers all say “Label created, UPS have not received the parcel yet”
Ah ffs. People who have been waiting a lot longer than you are receiving them this week, I seem to have had the quickest turn around for a order, that I've seen since the issues begain. It will happen soon mate., just keep checking. It will be worth the wait, ans then some. I promise 😉. Keep us updated

Mine was on label created for 5 days. It finally left Hamburg at 3am this morning.

UPS tracking has just updated, now shows my order as going to be delivered Friday. Look like they've shelled out on express delivery.
Qr1 is out for delivery but for some reason the wheel itself isn't.
