I ordered my BMW M4 GT3 Wheel, paid for this at time of purchase, September 2022, received wheel April 2023.
This wheel included the QR2 Pro Wheel Side in the price. I have received ZERO information in this. I have a support ticket, no reply. I can't get any help on this.
Am I screwed?

Are you with Fanatec? I think I explained in OP what my problem is, I have NOT received my included QR2 Pro wheel side, I HAVE NOT received any information on this, I did not receive the original email sent to the BMW GT3 wheel owners, I HAVE not receive a reply on my ticket...
I also paid for this over a year ago...

You definitely didn't explain what the problem is in OP. Might want to update that.
I have not receive my QR2 Pro, and if anyone that’s has the same issue, would have understood…not looking but for help not receiving what I paid for a year ago.
And, how would someone update that?
