If that would be the case I don't think I will place the order again but rather go for Asetek.
Current status is because Fanatec stopped the phone support I had to log a ticket but it takes at least 2 weeks to resolve them so we will see in 2 weeks. 🙄

OOPS, You will get a refund and Fanatec will probably tell you to just reorder it.
