...and questions himself if he should have kept his CSW v2.5 instead of selling before getting his DD.
Well its been over a month and still no idea of when he will be getting his new gear and with each passing day he loses a little bit more faith he will get any word of when he will be back in his sim cockpit racing around. He spends too much time reading threads and posting various comments that fall mostly on ears that, although may be sympathetic, offer no real solution.
So what does he do? He sees a great deal on Black Friday for the Formula v2.5x and buys it.
The man probably should seek professional help.

I bought the formula 2.5x (BF deal) wheel in protest of my shifter with incorrect export paperwork being shipped back to fanatec.
take that fanatec.
I just checked the FedEx website for the umpteenth time and finally got some encouraging news, my BF Formula v2.5x is on it's way. No word from Fanatec on this, but hey at least I know it's in the right hands now.
If it's any indication the BF showed as Completely Shipped on Nov. 25, and my CS DD on Nov 30. So hopefully by weekend the CS DD will be with FedEx as well.
It is the season to believe.
Yeah my formula wheel has moved to label created, so good to have a tracking numbat and serial number.

How were you able to check your status on your order on Fedex's website without a tracking number? Or did you have that? I placed my order Nov 24th and 27th (well aware of the issues) and it shows "completely shipped" but I got no tacking numbers. I sent an email curious if the status was correct or not, and surprisingly I got a reply a few days later, pretty generic, but I got one but not with the answer I was hoping for.
I have an account with FedEx (free to create one) and so any order that is being shipped through FedEx appears on my dashboard as well as notifications you enable. It will tell you tracking number from when the label is created thru delivery.
I'm in the USA and the BF order took 10 days to get a tracking number from the time in went to Completely Shipped, fingers crossed my CS DD and your orders will do the same.
I'm in the US as well, yea hopefully soon. I'm still in the process of remodeling my "game room" and I made the order anticipating delays, but the rooms almost done and I would like to start racing soon lol. Fanatec could learn a lot from Trak Racer. I just placed my latest order Mon morning, BAM! Got it first thing this morning. And my previous orders were the same. And the one issue I had, was resolved in one day.
This makes me hopeful! Thanks David. To my surprise I do have that set up with FedEx, and I am at the 8 days since "completely shipped" status, so hopefully a couple more days and I will have tracking. Fingers triple crossed. Son would be sad with no Christmas presents under the tree! Ha
David is that including Weekends?
For my order ii turned out to be 10 calendar days, so yes it included the weekend.
So I set up a Fedex account, is there something else I need to do to get a notification when a tracking number is available, or is this automatic? My billing address and shipping address are not the same if that matters. I get all my deliveries sent to work to eliminate porch pirates.
Go to My Profile/FedEx Delivery Manager/Notifications and there you can enter mobile phone and notifications you want to receive and how.
You may also add addresses to your own home, work, etc..
Also note that deliveries require a signature, but that shouldn't be much of an issue with it being at work and all.
Note about FedEx notifications as they can be a bit weird in that the only scans provided were at the facility in Santa Fe, CA. I received a couple more notifications confirming the delivery was on schedule and I presume this was for where the truck stopped at the next facility.
Today, I received a text stating delivery was expected for tomorrow which is also original delivery date provided. So fingers crossed it shows up.
Just wanted to thank you for the information. I got an email from Fedex just now showing ALL my tracking numbers. So it looks like theres some progress happening.
Glad to have helped. I'm getting my Formula v2.5x today that was purchased during BF, but still awaiting tracking numbers for the CS DD. It will be ten days since going Completely Shipped tomorrow so hopefully any day now it will be in the mail.
What was in your order and when was it 'Completely Shipped'?
I made 2 orders. On BF I ordered the ClubSport Shifter SQ V 1.5 bundle, ClubSport Pedals V3 bundle and the ClubSport Handbrake V1.5. Then on Monday I ordered the ClubSport Universal Hub V2 and ClubSport Wheel Rim GT Alcantara because for some reason I couldn't find it on Friday 🤨probably due to all the traffic on the website.
Sorry, forgot to answer the second question. I don't know exactly when it showed "completely shipped" as I knew there would be delays so I didn't bother checking till I saw others posting about their status. I went on the website to check the QR2 status and decided to check my order status for S&G's and thats when I saw the status change. I would say maybe a week or so.
Im on day 88 waiting on my order 1785251 (prev 1740740) now. EXTREAMLY poor handling and customerservice. SOLVE THIS FANATEC!!!
I wonder how long Jardier waited for delivery of his complimentary DD2, etc...
Well this past Friday I received my BF order and the Formula v2.5x is an impressive piece of work. I put all the button caps in the positions I like then returned it to the box and now it's back to waiting for word on the CS DD.
That was fun. 😏
Just got the first part of my order today as well. Should have the wheel and hub tomorrow or Wed. 👍
