I can actually move the steering wheel 5mm back and forth and can see it is the round plastic cap that moves as shown in picture 2, is this normal? The forum does not accept that i upload a video
Is there a loud knocking noise during the FFB test in the Fanatec control panel, or when going over bumps, or when you change the direction of rotation while driving?

I don’t think that is normal I would remove the 4 screws and look behind .

No, all sounds normal, I can easily remove the 4 screws, but I don't want to, because I don't want to break the warranty
You wont void the warranty by removing 4 screws.
Otherwise everyone who later downgrades to the QR1 Type-F Adapter would do so.......😅
