January 17th for me. Cancelled first order with the F1 limited (QR2 available on December 8th for that order), and reordered the 2.5X. Asked them to assign the QR2 from the first order, but no one bothered...
Hard to say or make sense of it. Some people are reporting their orders being delivered even though they ordered after mines. You would think first in/first out but that doesn't seem to be the case. It's also hard because those who are reporting their items in bound may not include all their order details so there could be differences and have in stock items where as others are still out.
If you made an order with the F1 wheel for the xbox then you'd better check your order in case your order was glitched or errored and gave too much of a discount. Fanatec is cancelling those orders based on what they say was an "error".
If you order is anything else including a QR2 then it's really a crap shoot as who knows when those items will be in stock.
I almost wish they gave those who are waiting an option to purchase the higher QR2 to replace the standard QR2 so they could ship out entire orders. If you are reading this Fanatec this is an opportunity to push out some of those orders you took in. I would be interested in doing this if it was an option to me. I really don't want to spend another 100 bucks on a machined QR but if it gets my order in a month or two earlier then I would strongly consider it.
Problem is: every QR but the QR1/QR2 Lite is sold out at this moment .....
That may be the cause, they cannot fulfill any orders containing wheel rims at this moment except those few with a QR1 Lite included or if someone selects a QR2 Lite.
What does it mean when I have the green completely shipped next to my order status but the order number is highlighted in red. Ordered the formula 2.5x + DD 5NM and CSL elite v2 pedals on 24.11.23.
Just to say: i've just received a brand New CSL DD on 08/12 with boost pack and you know what it's already broken. It smell burn, overheating, and shutting down every 2 mns. I waited so long Time to get it it and now i will have to wait to get answer from support! I'm not the only one with this problem when i read Fanatec forum....
According to Fanatec, for pre ordered items, the date showed at the moment of the order should be the date when our item should be available for our order.
As I said before, on UPS website I can see that my 3 packages are on the way. Friday 15th december I'll let you know :)

Per motivi di sicurezza però non vedrai il tracking per intero, ne puoi sapere un che località si trovi il pacco. Ti dice solo se è in transito e robe simili.
Guys... You all should relax a bit. My Order from 17th November finally got a tracking number. But only if i look on the UPS Site via Order Number. Should be delivered today. So far no Tracking Number from Fanatec.
Fanatec is not the only Company struggling due to Black Friday sales.
I orderer a Cockpit from Simlab on 13th November. This even doesnt have shipped.
And theres no hate against Simlab on the Web. Why only Fanatec?
its easy to hate, usually you see far more negative comments than positive, people dont tend to leave any comment if its going right, but when its not to their liking they like to voice their issues
I agree with you Patrick, but can understand people. I Also ordered Cockpit - P1X Pro from Simlab. They also prolong shipping, but that is OK with me. To be honest, I would rather for everything to come next year when the delivery service has less business/packages to address. Because delivery service in my country is very bad, especially during holidays.
But one thing to notice - Simlab almost IMMEDIATELY responds to my mail. I Also forgot to add something in the basket, and ask them to make additional purchases to ship it with my original order - no problem. And I did this 2 times. Wonderful communication. I also asked to additionally protect packages and was willing to pay extra - they said they will protect it at no additional cost. I mean - communication is excellent - something fanatec is missing. And I can see this as a potential problem for me with fanatec, especially if I will need to fix something in warranty.
For Fanatec I made 2 orders - and two shipping - but that is fine with me. Revolut and paypal were not working during black friday, so I paid via bank transfer - so, order was 24.11.2023, but payment was processed 27.11.2023. An invoice was generated 29.11. 2023. on their web, but not in my mail.
My question - what date is relevant: the day I made the order (24.11.2023.) or the day fanatec got my money (27.11.2023.)?
thtas not right. On the day i was ordering my Cockpit, the website said Shipping will begin on 27th November. nothing about i have to wait more than 6 weeks

QR2 Pro is in stock when I checked it just a few minutes ago. I checked it prior to my post as well. I'm in the US if it matters.
Still waiting and no information when they will send it........ 😕

Ah OK, this differs from region to region. In Europe every QR except the Lights is sold out.

Because Simlab say that your order will took 6-8 weeks for shipping, BEFORE you place the order. Customers already know they need to wait that time.
