DD2 2 Questions. Coil Whine and Occasional Power Up black screen

I’ve got a DD2 that’s about a month old.
Issue #1
The PSU does seem to have some coil whine. Only seems to when the base is powered off. Oddly enough it does not seem to be constant. When I turn the power on to the PSU it’s is quite. Once I turn the base on all is good. I turn the base off and the PSU will start to whine sometime a few minutes later sometimes much longer.
When I power the base on the whine goes away. Seen in video.
Issue #2
At times when I power the base up (white button or kill switch) the base comes on. I see the screen come on and then it goes black.
I know the base has power as I can feel the resistance. I power it off wait a couple seconds and back on and it is ok.
Any ideas?

PSU does have ventilator inside, maybe that what makes weird sound.
but so far i not hear your Issue 1 with my PSU and not seen also Issue 2 with my DD2
what firmware because i'm using 451
Firmware is current. 454 version.
i not know if that issue comes at there or not but i think firmware does controls the screen as well when to shut that on or off
