DO NOT ORDER FROM FANATEC
I spent 1,300 on an order that supposably shipped on 11/28. I have no idea what the tracking number is. They don't answer the phone and say it's 14 days for them to reply to an email.... I will begin to dispute the charge with AMEX and attempt to get my money back. What terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, I'm not trying to be difficult, but my order sates "completely shipped". I'm not sure how that link helps. All I want is a tracking number.
It literally says completely shipped means the warehouse is processing it f you weren’t so ignorant you would understand. If your so impatient order from thrustmaster or Logitech on Amazon.
Sign in to your Fanatec Account. Under My Account click Orders. Then on the right side under Actions click view, Scroll down to Tracking No. If its picked up it will show here.
Well, thank you Chris! Man you sure did help. Sooo how am I supposed to infer that completely shipped means oh no it hasn't actually shipped it's sitting in our warehouse?

Tom I have an order from November 23 that has been showing “completely shipped” since November 25. No tracking information on my FedEx account or anywhere else. I emailed Fanatec customer service and just got a canned response about how busy they are. I do not believe my order will arrive in time for Christmas.
Search UPS via order number, also tracking info wont show on mobile so use desktop site and click your order scroll to bottom and good chance if its got one it will then show
UPDATE: My order went from in process, to completely shipped, to hand over to warehouse. Well, Chris you were right. Completely shipped doesn't mean it has shipped from their warehouse apparently. But, it would help if they informed you of that.
downside is that handed over to warehouse is vague as well, because you can get stuck for weeks at label created, then after fanatec you have to deal with ups which is another set of hoops to jump thru.
Thanks. I figure my order will be another month at least. They know this is their busy season. Maybe hire a few temps to field emails and calls.....
