CSL DD SHAFT ISSUE

Hey, I need help with shaft on my CSL DD...I noticed already like 2 weeks ago that the shaft is a little pulled out from the wheelbase, but I didn't do anything about it as I read it is normal and I had it a year ago or so on a different CSL DD base, but now the wheel disconnected and I don't know what to do about it.
Any help appreciated.

Loosen the clamp, push the shaft back in, re-tighten the clamp with 15 Nm.
Ok will try that...thanks.
15nm with what?
???
15 Nm force is the recommended torque which the bolt should be tightened to.
Just tighten as much as possible with a regular Hex tool or buy a torque wrench to measure the exact value of 15 Nm.
Video for reference:
aha, you said buy torque wrench, and spend min 50-100€
hmmm
but if I tighten as much as possible, and I'm strong, I could break that plastic shaft, as some have had such a problem with breaking that fragile plastic
A Torque wrench which measures 15 Nm costs 10 bucks, not 100. You dont need a super duper hightech one made out of gold.......
in my country is min 50€
ok

The expected answer of Fanatec haters
hater?
no dear
if you don't understand, you are the problem. since you are arrogant and rude.
and the fact that you work for shit of the company is of course a general problem. your. ofc
but don't worry. what Fanatec did to everyone for BF will cost you a lot. and months from now in advance.
media and net are powerful tools. they lift you up but also sink you. very easy if you are not careful. and you Fanatec didn't pay attention.
