Wrong/Insufficient Address Information Provided to UPS?
Order number 1835972, 5 packages(QR, pedals, steering wheel, base and table clamp) coming to my postcode. 3 of these packages were meant to be delivered today, with the other 2 on Wednesday the 27th. Honestly was a bit dissapointed but after all thankful it got shipped before Christmas.
Woke up today (tracking by reference number) with the "Address Information Required" message from UPS, which still hasn't changed for an hour. No tracking number is provided by fanatec, no email, not anything, just the order number for reference.
What should I do? How much time do I have before the package is returned?

Bad news I'm afraid. Nothing you can do as it's Fanatec's responsibility to fix the address - the carrier won't accept any information from you. Fanatec won't do anything over the holiday period so you are looking at a lengthy delay on top of the existing lengthy delays.
Wouldn't UPS just ship it back to sender by the time Fanatec get back from their "holiday"?
yes
First call would have been to ring ups, depends what they were missing, they may of had name and postcode but not actual address. I’ve had similar and just had to show I.D on delivery.
Called UPS, they said that since I dont have a tracking number (im tracking via reference code, exactly 5 packages like its meant to be and to be delivered to my postcode) they can't do anything. This is from two different reps (to my awareness). Idk how the Fanatec holidays work (considering how they seem to work, they might aswell take the whole Christmas week + 1 of Jan off) so I don't know what the chances are I get my tracking number from either the website or their support agents. I really don't want the packages to be sent back to Germany since this would mean that I'd have to wait till something like February to get my wheel, if everything goes smoothly.
