PS. 43 days and not one word from you, Fanatec. You're disrespectful. Barring fundamental changes to the management I don't trust you and I don't want to buy expensive equipment (that can't be maintained or repaired by third parties) from people I don't trust.

You need to cancel the order on your own in the webshop by clicking the "cancel" button.
If the cancel button is not available anymore, then the order is already processed to the warehouse and can only be eventually canceled when you write an official cancel request mail to the webshop team. This forum is the wrong place as the webshop team is not reading here.

Well maybe its part of the problem Fanatec has created for many of us.
They have (enough) other tasks to do and cant monitor this community forum. Thats not their job.
They must be very busy, not to have answered a single email in 43 days. Should I try smoke signals? I'm joking I'm doing a chargeback as soon as I can talk to my bank.
Thanks for standing up to Fanatec against the onslaught of entitled paying customers wanting a delivery or a refund months after purchase.
So whos job is it to reply to all this community input you guys gathered here? Thousands of questions in just the 3rd BF post alone. Is this "community forum" just for venting CUSTOMERS you can have a laugh on?
My order from November 23 was all in stock and all the items are still in stock. Order still has not shipped. It was for Christmas . I have asked for a refund on three different occasions and yes I did submit a ticket asking it be cancelled and refunded. Nobody has bothered to respond so not knowing what else do to I filed a chargeback claim with PayPal. If they responded to their customers people would not have to resort to extreme measures to try and get help with their orders.
Thanks for sharing your experience. This is what I will do on Monday. I wonder if management is inexperienced or if they come from an industry where they can get away with abusing customers' trust and patience this way.
