FanaSCAM - Punish in any way !!!
Here's to the new year. unfortunate for many. Because FanaSCAM managed to make many unhappy.
What they did is definitely for prosecution.
On the market, and especially on this one through the webshop, no one company is allowed to sell something without warning customers that the goods are not in stock and ready for shipping.
I understand that many have problems in business, but this is too much.
A maximum of 30 days is tolerated, especially for such expensive goods that are sold online.
The biggest problem here is that FanaSCAM lies that they have products in stock, sell something they don't have, and thus keep people's money with them, which they have no justification for taking.
Because they sell goods that don't exist, for months.
I hope that the year 2024 will bring some legal consequences for this thieving company.
And I wish all of you to get out of the jaws of this fraudulent and thieving company full of lies as soon as possible and to buy quality products from Asetek, Simagic, Simucube, Moza, who take care of their customers, as soon as possible. No matter what problems happened. And far better quality in all segments.

My "brand new" base had to be sent to RMA with the return ticket THEY gave me. Now the base is lost somewhere in the postal tracking information and Fanatec will not send me a new base.
But trust me, I'll get my money back. I'll do whatever I have to do.
They should be careful though, their reputation has taken a hit recently and they could face legal issues.

Hello, it is not true, at least for European consumers. I asked help to a consumers protection association and they adviced me to open a case at European consumers center(it is free). The association also said me to come back to them if the procedure at ECC doesn't work. For information, there is also a special procedure for small disputes (less than 5000€). This procure is completely done remotely and fees are very low (something around 50€). So legal actions are possible against fanatec.
So file the case... complaining here doesn't file the case
I did it last week. I don't complain here, I explain for other interested.
