My intention is to show the truth and so new customer can decide accordingly
V 2.5 Scam - Customer were informed the item was oversold after 3 weeks and item wont ship until march end forcing many to cancel the order, only to have the item in stock in less than 2 weeks.
DD+ Approval Scam - Product was put on preorder and got delayed multiple times over a month first excuse will be put on plane for free of cost, second blame sony. (You cant take people's money for the items that are not approved)
Q4 Revenue - Company told shareholders that it has a blockbuster Q4 and a successful Blackfriday. (6+ weeks and Im still waiting on my order) All the BF sales were knowingly put to inflate company's Q4 revenue even though they had no stock.
Customer service dosent exist - I can 100% say the contact form is disabled in backend. You either get stuck on capcha error or if you end up submitting, the backend is disabled.
Bad faith - This company makes mistakes after mistakes but always put the blame on customers for any thing.
Preorder date scam - Preorder date has changed from Dec 8th to Jan 3rd a total of 5 times for qr2 wheel side, but the item is available for sale without a preorder date.
Fanatec only and only lie about everything.

I would add that for those who are thinking of buying CS DD, the price is now €100 higher than it was a little more than a month ago. they come to the market with one price, with which they started selling and then change their mind and raise the price.

honestly tell that price is little questionable atm, La Prima cost a 755,29 and it have 22 bit encoder
What‘s the source for your Q4 revenue claim? Endor AG hasn‘t released any number. Last notification was on 30 November for Q3…
You‘re either lying or found something on the internet somebody claimed and you share it without checking…
My experience has been to be separated from my money for 48 days with no delivery, not a single email reply, no ability to cancel to refund, and only after my posts blew up on reddit they decided to answer, wrongly blaming me in an extremely creepy, sinister way (they know that I know that they're lying to my face, not taking responsibility or apologizing. I still don't have my money, they said their Customer Care Team would get in touch about my refund, instead of just issuing the god damn refund directly, apparently we need to have a little chat):

although it seems to me that they did it on purpose. because when sales started, it is possible that a lot of CS DD units were sold, so that they wouldn't have to go into long waits with it because apparently they don't have that many produced, in addition to that, many people responded that CS DD are defective. so that they curb it and put it under control, in this way by raising the price they can slow down a bit.
Where are ppl reporting the cs dd is defective? Provide that source...

im guessing CS DD drivers is not fully ready, as i seen also report that steering wheel Leds are freezing

Company is not a scam although I agree it customer service is awful. I received my CS DD 12nm before Christmas which included the black Friday offer wheel 2.5x but if I was still waiting for it and hadn't had any correspondence I would just refund my money via the bank.
