Close to 2 months now - FanaSCAM playing dead
With FanaSCAM it is true, not everyone will get their orders fulfilled.
No status update on my order which is closing in at 2 months. Support is paying dead. Probably laughing at customer after taking their money.
Because, they dont have an internal tracking system. Their IT infrastructure is worse and outdated than what Amazon had in their first few weeks.
Hardly more than 2-3 people work in this company.
Paying means nothing because not everyone will get their order from this company. Some, if not most order will never be fulfilled and will be lost in backlogs forever.
New customers, think.

First of all you have no idea what you’re talking about. You don’t know any numbers. It‘s said there were 60.000 ordert. What if „only“ 5.000 haven’t been fulfilled yet? That‘s still a lot but not „the most“.
Secondly who do you think reads posts in this forum? No potential customer will come here before ordering. No satisfied customer who has received their Order will show up here. There are usually two kinds of people reading this:
1) people who have the same issue like you, who don’t need to be convinced
2) people who had a technical issue an searched for help and won‘t be convinced
Your only achievement will be two make 1) people more angry and annoy 2) people
Oh, and it‘s probably not that clever to share knowingly false information to harm a company if this company knows who you are and where you live because you shared those information in your order. It‘s probably illegal in every country Fanatec is selling products. So you might get charged someday… Just consider this in your rage

If you‘re using the exact same account you placed an order with to be active in this forum, yes Fanatec knows who is writing. That‘s what I wrote. Nothing more.
