"Error with Payment" at Checkout. Payment sent but order not placed.
Title says it all basically.
I placed on order, but after going through the payment process and finalizing the order, the payment was sent but the website gave me an error of "Error with Payment. Order can not be saved." So essentailly, my payment is sent but my order is not placed.
Anyone else have this issue? How responsive if customer support?

Customer support is 50/50 sometimes they respond atm but can take some time sometimes they dont respond but amking multiple tickets only makes it worse. Do make a ticket for this i dont think its gonne work otherwise

I received an email early Tuesday morning (January 2nd) that confirmed my payment was received but order was not placed. They refunded my money the same day.

Yesterday, January 8, I had the same problem, order charged on a credit card but it has not been recorded on the web. I sent an email to support. I hope you don't take long to give me a solution.
Same here. Payment through PayPal had debited my account 1/05 but says ‘you have no recent orders’ when I log in.

No contestan a mis e mail llevo asi desde el dia ocho de enero y noticias ni respuesta
lo he intentado todo correo foro Facebook y nada de nada
todavía no me han devuelto mi dinero ni me han respondido
