Order problem that already lasts almost 20 days
Hello, I came here to try to resolve my problem since I have already sent several tickets and several emails. on December 29 I placed a first order.
After canceling my first order I placed a second order again on December 30th. After placing my second order I noticed that my order was not appearing on my account, I said to myself ok that's fine it's probably a display bug will appear in a few minutes, After several hours still nothing I made a first request, No response from Fanatec when my order was placed and payment made with Paypal, I contacted the service with tickets for resolve this problem and keep me informed of my order if it is placed or not since I have already paid, but no response to date what is the solution to unblock the situation please

A few others have reported this issue and it does mean Fanatec has no record of the order, so their ticketing process is the first place to handle it. One ticket should do it, I assume you can update the ticket rather than raising a new one.
In the past I have had this issue with another website and they could not find my order or my payment, however I gave them the transaction ID from the detailed view of the payment from my bank side and they were able to trace it back and refund it that way. I'm not sure about Fanatec but I do know they are not quick at responding to tickets (and people raising multiples + e-mailing them separately doesn't help the situation). If you have no luck getting a response from them you'll need to initiate a chargeback from your payment provider.

This is exactly what I did by email I sent all the information about the transaction I did with Paypal plus screenshots but still no answer
Just double checking but did that information include the transaction ID? It should be 17 characters long in the case of PayPal. This would help their finance people to confirm easily that there has been a payment made for an order which does not exist.

Honestly I was thinking about it last night and these phantom orders really need the biggest spotlight on them because the situation is so grim. By any chance did they offer you any compensation? Even a discount voucher so maybe you can order what you wanted (if you still want that is) and get a bit of a discount.
