Order not processed yet

Anyone else getting this on orders “Your order has not been processed yet” been like this since last night pls help

  • When did you order your items? Mine sat overnight, and the next day was set to "Handover to warehouse". That evening I had a tracking number from Fedex. (US store order)

    The facility probably wasn't open to process the order :)

    Fingers crossed you see some progress over the next few days if all items say in stock. Mine was a rather large order and everything said in stock as well.

    Yes i have it to, and i don’t see any pics of the order etheir on my order mail and my product on the Fanatec site

  • Mine has been sitting like that since November 23rd

  • My order from yesterday about noon US was showing order not processed, Same thing this morning but I just checked again and it updated to the order is in process. Items were in stock. If all goes like previous 3 orders it should go to handover to warehouse on Monday, at FedEx on Tuesday and deliver on Wednesday.

    my order was also Friday noon (Belgium) but in after couple hours has my order changed from “Your order is not been processed yet” to “The order is process”.

    I am in the US, not to far from the warehouse it ships out of. Once it get handed over to FedEx it is an overnight delivery.

    Awesome! But you know some what comes after “order is processed” is it “handover to warehouse” ?

    Yes, if all items are in stock it should go to "Handover to Warehouse" within a few days. It is best to sign in or create a FedEx account to track your order. You will get a email from FedEx before any updates from Fanatec. Also you will get tracking numbers for every individual piece in your order. So far I have had 3 orders go this route without an error. I did cancel a DD+ order due to delays but found a used DD Pro that is working just fine. I will wait until the dust settles on the DD+ and see if it is worth the $700 difference.
