money charged and no order created
On January 8th I placed an order and the charge was made but it was not recorded on the website
fanatec does not answer my emails and I am without money and without an order and without any way to contact these people
This is not how you treat your clients who place their trust and their money
I am very angry with the brand and with the terrible treatment I am receiving from them. Meanwhile I am without an order and without €2000, that is stealing with white gloves.
Please respond to my emails and solve my situation now because your behavior is very unprofessional.

In my opinion, it's a bit excessive. I'd suggest reaching out to them on Facebook and sending a message in one of the comment sections on their posts. They replied to one of mine before.
I have already done it and they ignore me by all means I have an open ticket one email per week and no news from Germany

I feel for you Cristobal, this really is the worst situation to be in, I have had the issue once before myself with another vendor, thankfully it was resolved in the end. I have also seen others on this forum go through this and have seen these get resolved too.
One thing that I found helpful to get this resolved (obviously a response from Fanatec is necessary) is to ensure you have provided your transaction ID (it's a long string of characters that AFAIK should be globally unique, which you should be able to see in your online bank system, or in the case of PayPal they have something similar). That way it makes it easy for the finance person at their end to see "ah yes, here's a matching transaction ID for money coming in, and there is no associated order for this".
Be sure to stick with the one support ticket and send any updates through that as Fanatec is already overloaded with support tickets and emails. So creating additional ones probably only exacerbates the overload and won't help it be resolved quicker. Posting multiple threads in the forums probably won't help much either because it's mostly community members posting here.
I hope you get a quick resolution and are able to re-place an order for the equipment you want if you still want.
@James - can you expedite this issue to be resolved? This poor customer has placed an order, had their money taken but no order was recorded so their situation is very dire from a customer perspective

I just sent @James the proof of the bank receipt to Fanatec also by email to see if they listen to me and solve this situation and fix the website so that it doesn't happen again
