DD Extreme Wheel - QR2 Upgrade

I notice that the DD Extreme wheel comes with 15nm compatibility, which is great, but I was wondering if it's possible to simply upgrade the lite to either the QR2 or the QR2 Pro?
I like the idea of a metal coupling personally.

probably sometime in the future it will be like that.
QR2 is planned for a transitional period of 2 years. so I think the plan is to take and earn as much money as possible in the meantime.
in other words, they consciously ask for money from people for a patent that should have been implemented in the system a long time ago.
Simagic and Moza have the best QR systems in simracing equipment. but they don't ask for extra money to top up QR. as well as other competitors are not looking.
everything they do here is so disgusting that customers simply have to pay for something they really shouldn't.
but those other are not better either , for example look the price off "FSR Formula Wheel" and then look price off the sf1000
who buys that steering wheel? only formula sim fan.
it seems to me that if everyone doesn't follow the example of the GT Neo steering wheel, I'm afraid that many will lose clients.
I changed it to the regular QR2, no issues
Did it improve anything during driving? Like less flex?
I installed it before actually using the QR2 lite, so no idea 😅
There isnt any flex with the qr2 lite. Go look at the review by boosted media
Good morning,
My package will arrive tomorrow, I have a QR2 installed on the steering wheel of the DD Pro, to install it on the Xtreme, do I have to do something special with the screws or the plastic piece? As is the case with the DD Pro steering wheel?
I don't think so, you can use the screws from the QR2 lite and the ring on the inside around the connector is already the plastic one, so no changes that I could see apart from taking the lite off and bolting the metal QR2 on
Thanks!!!
If I remember correctly, in that video (if I have the right one), he said there was flex above 10nm with the extreme wheel. I think he even showed it. I know the wheel is mostly plastic so I don’t know if a metal QR2 connection would help.
The flex shown in the video was more just the outer wheel rim itself not at the QR2 Lite at all.
Thanks for the explanation.
