They are lying to consumers!!! Scamatec
After putting my order in pretty late into the night on FEB 7th, I paid for Overnight Shipping with FedEx, I work for UPS so I understand shipping delays, weather disruptions, etc. I told myself at best i would have my order by that following Mon-Tuesday which was totally fine by me. After the initial confirming my order on that saturday, i started to look into the website a little more and came across the forum discussions, i then figured out the whole BF chaos. I started to worry, but i calmed myself down after thinking they might have figured things out since its been months since BF. Oh boy do i regret making this order now. After having to find my tracking number on my own, i was able to find out that my label was created on that saturday morning of the confirmation email. No more communication came from Fanatec whatsoever, i kept tracking my package day after day but no change, then on Wed Feb 14 i received a notification from FedEx my package was delayed, im like wow finally some change. Only to find out that Fanatec had only given FedEx my package that same day. So after getting said package i see that its only the Mclaren GT3 wheel.
Im still missing my CDL DD, CSL pedals, Mount, and my QR1 wheelside. Im confused because now the CSL DD says its on pre order until March 27th, and from what i've been reading they only send out your orders when the full order is available.
Are they lying to us to sell certain stock in their inventory? Then taking our money and indefinitely picking and choosing which items are actually available to ship.
Better yet they offer no communication as to what is happening to people's orders, also moving warehouses suddenly to purposely delay orders more while giving no solutions to people who have spent thousands of dollars with this company. A complete bunch of scheming nasty people who have no business running a company. Thieves.

If you're that unhappy with them, you should send the wheel back and cancel the rest of your order.
You're so smart, i bet you were on the honor roll in school, Genius Idea sherlock. If i cant get an answer after giving them my money, for sure i wont get one after trying to get it back.

The stupidity in the world today shocks me.
Fanatec's customer service is horrible. It will take weeks for you to get a response from them.
Reject the wheel with FedEx and start a charge back for the order amount you paid with your CC company.
If you are in the US, they are in process of moving the warehouse they use for US orders...............
Thank you, i had read the update of the warehouse, i mean i understand, they just fail to communicate effectively with people, i already started a dispute with paypal.
I dont mind waiting, its the no communication that does it for me. I appreciate the help tho man. Do you have a set up already?
I can tell who wasn't on the honor roll. Take it up with your bank or credit card, instead of just lying there inert.

As i said before i dont mind waiting, its just the communication, or lack thereof. Apologize for the past comment, honestly. I was frustrated with all this BS. Im actually waiting for the stuff, and pretty excited for it all. Just think they could do better by their customers.
That's cool. I get it, I really do. We're all frustrated at the lack of service, and just want our gear. They have me though, and will for quite a while (there does come a time to cut bait though). I want my dd+, so I'm just going to hang in there.
That's a great thing to do when you're already screwing up the existing orders and can't fulfill them.

I keep looking at the wheel they sent just like wow, while it looks nice, it would look way better fully set up lol.
