Where is my money?
While placing an order your website erred. I did not receive an order number but you stole $1822.28 from my account. I have submitted 2 requests to have this matter addressed and as is normal with Fanatec I have received no response.

You have my sympathy with this horrible issue, I had it happen once before with another online store and although they were more responsive than Fanatec it wasn't until I provided them with the unique Transaction ID that they were able to track down the payment.
I highly recommend you add this information to your ticket if you have not done so already.
Fanatec has been having some trouble getting back to people in a timely manner, so I hope this gets resolved quickly for you. Unfortunately because they are so swamped, creating additional tickets doesn't really help, but rather exacerbates their support issues.
@James — any chance of escalating David's support? This really is a dire situation for customers. Even compared to customers like myself waiting months for orders.
Contact the Better Business Bureau in Texas.
I've waited 10 days for a reply that hasn't come yet, replies at the time were 2-3 days, now they're saying 2-3 weeks. Call you bank and cancel it on their side. If you explain the situation, they should be able to refund you and cancel the money order to wherever it ended up.
FYI: Fanatec, finally, reimbursed me the full amount.
