Fanatec does not return RMA!!!

I sent my DD1 Podium Wheel to fanatec, everything as they asked me to do, it is stated on the Fedex website that the product was delivered to the warehouse since 02/22/2024, but until now fanatec has not commented regarding receipt, and detail, the ticket had the CA address, and the RMA was delivered in FL, fedex says that the recipient had changed address... I've been sending emails to fanatec for over 2 weeks and they don't respond, no I know what else to do... can anyone help me??

i not live at usa but is int they warehouse are now at texas ?
So, the ticket sent by Fanatec's RMA was La Mirada California, but Fedex reported that the recipient had moved, and they delivered my package in Jacksonville Florida... and so far I have not received a response from Fanatec...
you probaply need wait for now. i think DD1 is out off stock as well so if they need send replacement then they cant atm
if people have to wait at RMA for them to make a new product, then this company should be shut down.
a real company must always have a sufficient number of everything they sell in stock so that in such cases they can replace the product in a timely manner.
