Hm, I have been experiencing this as well. It feels normal when racing, but I hear the clicking at all times (most noticeable when no power/force applied, but it happens mid-race as well). I had assumed this was some byproduct of the magnets or something, but is this actually a broken part then?
I don't know. Maurice Böschen said shaft is broken. I contacted the support, but several days have passed and they haven't replied to my email yet.
Response times of the support are currently still over 1 month AFAIK, so you need to wait quite a bit more to get an answer...
