17 Feb 2024 - order changed to "Warehouse Processing"
19 Mar 2024 - sent in enquiry
5 Apr 2024 - got reply, order delayed till 26 Apr
10 Apr 2024 - order delayed till end of Apr
2 May 2024 - order delayed till end of May
29 May 2024 - told order further delay
4 Jun 2024 - told will get back to me next few days
20 Jun 2024 - order delayed till 22 Jun
and now on 2 Jul 2024, I am still waiting sending emails without hear any reply
Fanatec is getting better and better at saying: Apologies for the further delay
I am now a very very frustrated man!!🤬

they basically selling the air. at least it looks like this if user been wait that long
I bought it from Japan website....
I hope they really start looking into customer's back order.... I've been patience... but it won't last forever

by default they are lucky with users who have patience. but yes those who not have that are already in other brands
