Seems like dead HAL sensor. Very common with CSL pedals. I got my with faulty clutch. You can try using HAL from ebrake if you happened to got some and find a good way to place it under your throttle pedal as a temporary solution. I did the same for my clutch. But generally, you should reach for Tech Support and wait. If out of warranty, you will have to pay for new ones and Tech Support will most likely be no help.

If you mean the handbrake, any cheap one should do the job as all the boards in them are similar.

You will need to do some DIY however to make it all work. If you do not have any 3D printer, some harder cardboard would do the job as well.
