Problem DD1 and AMS2. Loss of buttons on the steering wheel and/or gear lever

Hello

I come here to explain my problem with my DD1 base.

I have a problem with the AMS2 game.

From time to time (and more and more often) I lose some functionality of my steering wheel.

Sometimes I lose the ability to change gears with the paddles or with the H-shifter. In this case I am obliged to recalibrate my gearbox in "Fanatec Control Panel"

Sometimes I lose the ability to press my buttons on steering wheel. That is to say that everything freezes. The display on the steering wheel screen and the LEDs are frozen. On the other hand, in this case my paddles on the steering wheel remain functional.

I can't find anything in the game logs and don't know where to look in the Fanatec or Fanalab directories. I can't find any logs.

My DD1 base and my Fanalab software are up to date:

Wheel Base = 3.1.0.7

Wheel Base Motor = 3.0.0.2

Stering Wheel Hub = 6

Button Module = 24

Wireless QR = 7


FANALAB = 2.01.45

I also made a check of integrity of AMS2 in STEAM. All is ok
