ACC settings no clipping.

I bought recent the Porsche Wheel because I do more GT races last time but when I race with the Porsche wheel I got very hard clicks, Especially when I’m shifting or turning in to the corner.
so I did some testing and i get it on every track with the Porsche wheel but when I’m racing with my formula wheel I don’t feel anything.
Can someone please help me to avoid that “clipping” I really wanna race GT with my Porsche wheel.

buy the DD2 or reduce FFB in game
I race on a gain of 80% normally but with that problem is it on 40/50 now.
can clipping break your base ?
what is your FOR setting anyway in fanatec control panel? over 100% it may start todo that aswell
That's not clipping. It's the sterling wheel that slides on QR and gives little bumps every time you change direction.
More details would help, such as which wheelbase and what type of QR you use.
Clipping is the clipping of the FFB, the saturation of the signal coming from the game, and manifests itself as the complete lack of detail of the FFB, just a flat force.
The solution for clipping is to lower the FFB strength in the game, but what you describe is not clipping, and you get wrong answers.
Apart from CSL (DD or DD Pro) and QR1, all other combinations should have no slippage. Easily fixed with a thin O-ring or Teflon tape. If you are already on QR2 it means that you have a QR2 on the wheel side with excessive tolerances, and you should contact support for a replacement.
i know what he talks tho, and yes there are small change that it may blow up the base mosfet
what he may talk is that ffb goes over his actual limit what cause the so called weird click
Again, amazing advice... just buy a top of the line wheelbase!! NOT EVERYONE CAN/WANTS TO UPGRADE!
Anyway, on topic: We actually need more info - what wheelbase do you have? What QR is on the wheel?
well, if you want click free, you need reduce your FFB

QR1 little can make click as well but that is totally different click.

Yes exactly that what you are saying I feel every time a bump when I change direction or upshift the gear.
I have a DD+ with a QR2.
but it’s only on acc with my Porsche wheel on Iracing I don’t have that problem
i fonder what click you talk exactly, is there some third click what i not know? hardware freeze ?
people been talk about hardware freezes before , that may cause click as well.
what is your frequency setting for you acc?
400mhz I think
old days recommended setting for that was 333Hz.
so not sure about this 400Hz. i been self play with 100Hz
fanalab could cause also issues. its you who need try those hints out. not many been complain about clicks
Swap the two QRs, put the formula one on the Porsche. This should clear up any doubts.
he told that he not have this problem in Iracing
so that issue could come from acc or perhaps at fanalab.
not everyone use this steering wheel, so dunno really from where that issue comes exactly

I did fix the issue, it was the bolts that attach the wheel rim to the endurance module. I did not tight it enough.

The problem is that I didn’t explain it well, I felt something very strange when I whas driving with that parcticularr wheel
So it was the rim that slipped, not the QR. That's right, the QR2 was designed precisely to cancel out those knocks you felt, which were quite common with the QR1, especially the lite, but to a lesser extent also the metal QR1.
If the bolts are not tightened properly, it can even start make the steering wheel disconnects
