RMA Probleme....

I sent my Fanatec CSL DD in two weeks ago because there’s an electronic vibration in the wheel, and you can also hear it slightly. I also have my brother's CSL DD here, and he doesn’t have the problem. I got my base back today, without any email, note, or anything else; they didn’t do anything and just sent the base back to me. I feel cheated. For me, 400 is a lot of money. I specifically ordered from Fanatec because it’s a German company, but I’m starting to wonder if that was a good idea. So, @Fanatec, what’s happening now? I don’t want to just live with this problem.

Ich habe vor zwei Wochen mein Fanatec CSL DD eingeschickt, weil ich im Lenker ein elektronisches Vibrieren habe, das man auch leicht hört. Ich habe auch das CSL DD von meinem Bruder hier, und er hat das Problem nicht. Heute habe ich meine Base zurückbekommen, ohne E-Mail, ohne Zettel oder sonstige Informationen. Sie haben nichts unternommen und mir die Base einfach zurückgesendet. Ich fühle mich betrogen. 400 Euro sind für mich viel Geld. Ich habe bewusst bei Fanatec bestellt, weil es ein deutsches Unternehmen ist, aber ich beginne langsam zu zweifeln, ob das eine gute Entscheidung war. Also, @Fanatec, was passiert jetzt? Ich möchte mit diesem Problem nicht einfach leben müssen.'
