18.09.24 Contacted with Fanatec under Warranty still no answer
One month ago in my csl dd base, shifters started not working, day later all wheel (F1 2.5x) frozen incl buttons and oled display. The sytem also asking in loop mode for the new drivers and power button changing colours.
I tried everything, but unsuccessfully.
- New shaft clamp
- Minimalize gap between shaft and base
- Reinstall drivers
- etc, etc
Contacted with Fanatec A MONTH AGO 18.09.2024 and still no answer, one month gone. Thats is a joke. I dont know where i can report this. At this moment I sent 4 emails and still nothing. They left me with very expensive brick. Never again. Very poor customer service, so sorry there is no customer service.

did you get an auto reply after raising the support ticket? Did you raise it through your fanatec account, under your products?
Yep, received auto reply with case number after that and quiet from one month.
Sounds about right.. it was about 6 weeks or so before they initially got back to me.. Im about 6 months into the process with support.. it's a slow and frustrating process..
That's mental! Who in their right mind can find this normal??? 6 weeks to get an answer, and not resolved in 6 MONTHS??
My base burnt a few days ago, and here I was, full of hope it would be dealt with by next week!
