Fanatec Not Replying to Warranty Claim

I have GT DD Pro wheel & base with the 8nm boost that is virtually unusable due to the wheel constantly disconnecting. The unit is still under warranty. I reached out to Fanatec on this matter over a month ago looking for resolution. After exchanging several emails, Fanatec has stopped replying and has not issued an RMA for repair or exchange as promised by their Fanatec Consumer Guarantee.

I have never had a supplier of goods so blatantly disregard a warranty claim and I am at a loss of what to do in this situation. Any feedback is appreciated.
