fanatec support no reply

I purchased a set of CSL DD bound and Bentley GT3 steering wheel on October 25th. Shortly after the order was marked as “transferred to warehouse,” I discovered that I could no longer log into my account on the Fanatec website. The message displayed was, "Your customer account has been deactivated. Please contact us personally." However, I did not receive any email notification regarding this.


Afterward, I searched online and found a post from 2020 in reddit suggesting that Fanatec might cancel orders in cases like this. Despite this, I continued to receive emails from Fanatec, including notifications for shipment and delivery initiation. I also have not received any cancellation notice for the order. However, when the package was about to be delivered, FedEx informed me that the sender had requested to stop the delivery. I still have not received any notification from Fanatec about this.


Once I realized I could not log into my account, I immediately attempted to contact Fanatec through their contact form, but I have not received any response so far. This was my first experience purchasing sim racing equipment, and it has been incredibly disappointing.
