My Clubsport DD+ turn to red light for no reason, looks dead
So everything worked great on PS5 and then for a few days on PS5Pro until yesterday. After turning on the console the diode in the base lit up red (PS mode) for no reason, it normally switched to blue, you can't switch it to another mode or even hold the button for 8 seconds to turn it off.
After connecting to a PC, information appears that the console is in UPDATE MODE. Updater v.1.06 automatically turns on, goes through initial responses and stops at "Waiting SetParameterRequest response..." and that's it, you can't turn off the base, it doesn't respond, neither with the steering wheel nor without. I tried with driver 455 but it's the same.
Interestingly, Windows also displays some error with USB, detects the device but displays kind of error.
Please help to solve the problem.

i have question. what are you try todo?
i see in your image the Fanalab running
then i see the Fanatec control panel running
and then i see you try run the installation
I didn't want to do anything, it went into Update mode by itself after turning it on while was still connected to PS5.
The base is currently only in UPDATE MODE red color (PC mode). I want to restore it, bring it back to life to work somehow, but it stops at "Waiting SetParameterRequest response..." and doesn't go any further. I waited 40 minutes, no result.
Here is my log if someone can read this?
well, you should at least close Fanalab first because that is not part of any kind firmware update process
if you want use 455. you need first uninstall 463 and then install the 455 and then make pc restart
455 may have also software bug. at there you may need turn on the base and then turn off and then turn on again
So I did, I turned off FanaLab, uninstalled 463 from Windows and installed 455. Restart, unfortunately the same.
but why i see that you run fanalab in background ?
you should really claim the RMA or something if nothing helps
Yes, you see Fanalab in background, I did tests with and without, no change. I sent my request to support, lets see how long it will take to solve the problem.
I dont know what you have with FanaLab running in the background. It is totally fine to have the Lab running during Firmware updates.
OP: You base is broken and you need to contact the support.
i don't know if he base is broken or not. there been before that drivers are some reason just disabled in device manager what not allows connect
Only the support is able to help him in this case with this error.
Overall it's quite a stressful situation because the base is only 7 months old and it broke down almost by itself after being turned on, I don't think PS5Pro damaged it. I'm a bit afraid that after replacement/repair it might break down again.
I decided to keep a journal here for users who I hope will not experience a similar situation.
