You can google UPS and see that there are in many countries lot of problems with them. Not so hard to check out the problems with that.
They leave package to some collecting points without trying to bring the package to the customer and so on... ´seems to be company policy to act like that.. and that is in various european countries.. Never brought my package to door even paid for it... so I have cancelled the order many times.
SOrry but you are absolutely wrong, I dont have any agreement with UPS, It is all about sender and company that delivers the package. The customer has nothing to do with that point. The sender pays and make contract with courier.

Because costs.
Also DHL for example is not really better with a rating of 1.8...
there is one problem with this Trustpilot
mostly negative experience may pop in there. positive feedback users may not even bother comment at there
UPS self not ask this from every user separately, that comment them there.
so that data is not fully correct
at there is only 3649 comments in this Trustpilot
to you really think that over the years UPS send only 3649 packages ?
Trustpilot is only trust full if company self ask todo this
What Allan said is 100% true.
These pages mostly only collect negative feedback.
Just ask yourself - when did you last give positive feedback on something out of your own accord? For most people the answer is never.
People will complain about every single carrier. It's different for every region or city which carrier is best for them.
Don't forget that Fanatec ships internationally which already limits the available options.

Personally nothing complaining about UPS. UPS Access Point is best choice for me.
What I could complain is Fanatecs policy when e.g. wheel and QR can´t be at same box, it would be cheaper.
Not so sure about prices either, Fanatec is most expensive company what I used to delivery inside Europe.
Did you report the issues to UPS?
They should be your first point of contact in this case.
I personally never had any issues with UPS, they are very reliable in my area.
