Repair time
I sent my wheel base in for repairs because it kept disconnecting while racing. I noticed the green LED light on the power supply would dim whenever the wheel base would disconnect. I pointed this out and support requested my wheelbase to run diagnostics but based on research I did other people had similar issues and replacing the power supply fixed it. I pointed this out to support but still they wanted me to send my wheel base in. I included my power supply so they can also test it...
That was back in August! Still nothing!
Can anyone please look into this? I am extremely frustrated at the moment.

Any updates? I see other people in the forums getting responses from support yet I get zero response. 5 months man... And that's not counting the 2 months of "trouble shooting" before sending in my wheel.... I've used my wheel less time that it been in "repair"... Thats just nuts :(
