Fix your DD's already!

I bought DD+ at launch, and got the base that had coil whine and strong cogging. Took a month to somehow get my money back with Paypal's help. Now almost a year later i ordered DD+ again, thinking they fixed the issues (not drivers because that takes them years to fix basic bugs), but again i received a DD+ that is cogging so much you can't even center the wheel and also has coil whine... WTF Fanatec??? Get your shit together already or go down under finally because this is not funny anymore!

coil whine may come because one component is badly soldered, one RUS guy find that out, we talked here in forum about this.

I had one to sended to repairs 2/3 months ago and stil on this day it works perfect!
Maurice wrote earlier that there is known hardware issue with CS DD´s.
I wonder if at some point those are sold out and new batch is without that kind of quality issues?
Could you please tell us when that day become so I can place my order for DD+

Over year now and not a single game support that feature! Do You know will there be any game which support FullForce? If not, maby you should put somekind of notice to product page that no game support that feature yet!?
It's a lottery. If they haven't fixed this in a year, than it probably won't be fixed. Like their drivers. nothing but empty promises and waiting for years to fix main problems. This year they made more bugs than fixed them...
Yeah, I’m dealing with a known bug affecting my dd2 that forces me to run a driver and firmware that almost two years old. These problems last years sometimes. It’s disappointing to also see problems with their brand new hardware. Assetek is looking very attractive to me.
It's been a week and still no respone from support. You have improved nothing.
