I placed two orders today. There was no option to select the shipping method. UPS Express Saver was preselected and could not be changed. Do I get a refund of the shipping costs?

I ordered a GT Wheel at 4pm yesterday no free shipping😡
don't ask me, i'm lost, to they transport in Germany with helicopter ? because that is used for air transport
was only active from 7pm onwards and also only when you select standard shipping so you ordered few hours too early...
No it was standard shipping just missed it by 3 hours

Chinese players expressed great frustration. Although the products are all produced here, the purchasing process is quite complicated. However, everyone still supports a large number of FANATEC products😥
Mine showed shipping cost's but then removed them when I got my confirmation email.

Make sure there is "fanatec.com/eu-en" in the url because probably you are trying to login into a different region.
That is definitely not the issue. The login on the webshop is indeed broken since yesterday for a lot of customers. I also cant login and always just get invalid token messages or the message that the Safety Car is out.
I didn't know that, sorry, what I mentioned is just a common error when somebody tries to login to a different region and got a message that user does not exist.
I logged in and out few times today and yesterday, even placed an order without issue.
Had this same issue on the Fanatec AU site.
Also continue having items added to my CART when I order nothing, even when I remove the errornous items and re-login to my account there are more items added again currently 45 with purchase value of over $8000. It could be linked to item pages I looked at for Snowballs or wish lists that I added some items to, seems to be ending up in the purchasing CART as well.
Until when is the free shipping offer? I suppose until 15 of December ?

I also hope that Corsair have money to hire expert for web pages, those need fix, needed already multiple years but Thomas didn´t care.

Does anyone know something about the BMW Podium Wheel? Waiting since Summer, but its still sold out. Does anyone know if there will be a refill?
Hi Maurice, here my guess. Problably you colleagues are alredy looking into it. I think it is very easy get the discount codes, but it wil overloas the wensite. I think that is the problem:
1.- i create script reading/donwloadjng the website 24/7 (this will overload your site)
2.-Each time the script find a difference with previous las version. Provide to the user de difference (code) the page where is it located.
3.-The user needs to acces the website, add the product, (delete the 40 added accidentally 😄,) and buy it.
I am sure there are people doing that, due website does not check if you are human, it is easy. They will get all discounts, even if they do no need them. They buy it, resell it en Ebay and earn somw extra money. In ebay Germany there are a lot of people selling Fanatec New Products
