when people with CSL Elite wheel bases can get the newer Fanalab version? (since it says to be used with drive 3.52 but that doesn't work with these bases
Please open the options and select the option to delete all Fanalab data as this is most likely an issue of previous version which wasn’t properly overwritten in your case. Then uninstall Fanalab and reinstall it. This issue should be solved, which it is in my case.
Thanks for reporting, haven't heard it before regarding the Formula Renault 3.5 and feedback looked like the issue with the 2.0 is fixed now. We will take a look, can anyone else reproduce FanaLab crashing with the FR3.5?
Are there any threads or posts here for fanalab that show the correct profile settings that people have used to get the BME LEDs to match the on screen graphics per car for iRacing and F1 2019 on DD1? Most of them lag way behind on my BME vs the on screen LEDs in game
I know Marcel made some for the DD2, but the force feedback settings are way different I think, so I didn't want to mess with those settings.
You can load my profiles with just the LEDs without FFB stuff just fine. I made them for EVERY car in ACC and F1 2019 as well as my favorite cars in iRacing.
just updated to the new driver and fanalab. big mistake for me. fanalab doesnt recognise any connected fanatec "device" and the driver crashes when i hit properties. i can no update anything. nor can i use my kit anymore with fanalab. and now my v2.5 is not always detected when i turn it on. i never had an issue before. any fix?
In a future fanalab update I would like to see different display options, atm we can only have one telemetry displayed; for example speed or gear etc. It would be good if there could be an option to have the speed display a bit smaller and have the gear in the top right corner or other spot so that it is displayed at the same time.
That's not possible with wheel with the small display. That's only a feature of the new ITM which is exclusive to the big OLED screens of the DD and BME.
My buddy with the CSW v2.5 had the same issue after running fanalab without issue for a short time. It was something about fanalab was not pointing at the same directory as the wheel driver (or something of that sort), and he fixed it through regedit.
Having some serious issues with driver 356 and Fanalab V1.23....so after installing driver 356, and Fanalab version 1.23, both my Clubsport V3 pedals and CSL Elite 1.1 wheel base weren’t showing up in the controllers app. I repaired the driver as instructed and boom, both are back up now. On Fanalab, I have zero tuning capabilities. It simply states, “no wheel device detected.” And I’m honestly not able to do anything other than click on settings. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing. And when I go back into the game controllers to view the properties of my wheel, it loads the text boxes and sliders and then closes.
Looking for a sense of direction here as I’m kinda frustrated that every time I turn my wheel on, I have to manually dial in the FFB settings.
Is there any chance that at some stage in fanalab we will be able to choose how long the gear shows on our display when changing gears? I find it displays a lot longer than I would like it to before it goes back to my first priority of data.
I figured out the fix for "No Wheel Device Detected".
Go into settings in Fanalab, and turn off Minimize to tray, Minimized to tray at start, Autostart FanaLab with Windows, and Auto launch dashboard on game detect.
Turning these off for me got everything up and running fine again. PS, if the icon is red, then it is Enabled.
I constantly have issues with steering angle with my DD2 and this driver. Normally the SEN is set to Auto but suddenly the angle is set to 2360 degree. So far I couldn't find a solution. Some how Fanalab 1.23 and the windows game controllers settings/driver is not synchronized. Normally I reset the settings in the FANATEC Podium Wheels Base DD2 settings (game controllers) and restart the PC. Fanalab is starting with windows. But this happens again and again. Currently I'm trying to get Raceroom running again whit the in game steering angle from the car.

Driver 352 works with csl bases.
Is the reason known, why the program is closed with a specific car in iracing on f3.5?
It will be solved? I am running without vibration without adjusted LEDs or pedal vibrations.
regards
That should already be solved with this beta version 1.23
In previous posts, I told you what happened in 1.23, and now in 1.24 it still happens to me.
Cheers

I have followed all the steps, and it remains the same ... I will wait to see if in future versions it does not stop.
The strange thing is that it is only with a car.

a teammate with the dd1 also beats him with the f3.5.

Oh bugger, I thought it may be possible on the formula V2 rims as when you turn it on it shows three lines of data with driver version, firmware etc.

They confirm me and I have tried it with the formula F2 also happens.
Hello. Thanks for your profiles for ACC they are very good.
Would you have profiles for RF2 because it's really bad with the DD2. Thank you very much.

Hello. If anyone had a profile for RF3 for BTCC, GT2,GT3 I'm a taker.
Because with Podium impossible to have a correct FFB. On the other hand excellent with 300TX? Thank you back.
Sorry RF2

I have same issue and I tried your suggestion and it didnt work for me.
Fanalabs could see my wheel before I did an update from Win 10 1903 to 1909.
After a big Windows update you have to uninstall the driver and install it new.
Thankyou Maurice, I uninstalled Fanalabs 2 or 3 times and I didnt think to try the driver.
Your suggestion worked, its back up and running again.
Kudos to you sir 👍️
