Most probably you can’t update the base firmware because you first updated the motor firmware which is the wrong order.
try downgrade the motor firmware again to v30 so it matches the 651 base firmware. Then try to first update wheel base firmware before you update the motor firmware.
if that’s not helping then you need to contact the support for a RMA process.
I downgrade driver to 335 and downgrade motor firmware to 30. But i can not download hex the base firmware again :(

Did you try to load the hex file from the driver again after the first initial fail?
Yeap. The reault is the same :(
Where can i get hex file to download manualy?
Normally they provide them separately when there were issues. But for the latest they are all included in the driver package.
I could not download hex file :(

I solve my problem! I connected wheel base to my laptop, download 352 drivers. And after that i started to install base firmware. No errors! After that i connected wheel base to PC and install motor firmware. And now no problem with steering wheel. Thank you for help!
