I have been trying to download the firmware for this button module. Everytime I go to update the firmware I hit yes and then nothing comes up for the firmware. I have the base and the hub driver installed. But cant get the button module to work! Any ideas?

Which driver are you using, which wheel base with which firmware?
Wheel Base 662, wheel Base Motor 30, Steering wheel Firmware 2 PC Driver 346
When I download the Button modular and open the fanatec wheel properties it says there is a firmware update, I say yes to that and then the firmware part of it never shows up on the screen to do anything and the wheel base shuts off
Fanatec_64_driver_346 for the base and then the wheel and hub only have one download to chose from.
your firmwares are much outdated. Please always use the latest available driver for your product which was released the latest, in this case the BME.
Please download the software package 1.2 from the download page of the Button Module Endurance and flash your Wheel Base firmware to 670 WITHOUT THE HUB AND BME ATTACHED TO THE BASE, then flash your Motor firmware to 38, your Podium Hub firmware to v2 and your BME firmware to v9 and then all your issues are fixed.
Thats the problem though when I go to do the firmware it wont pop up after I say yes to it.
Sorry new to fanatec what is BME?
But you say you have driver 346. You need driver 356 (available in the software package 1.2 for the BME) and do the base firmware update without the BME (=Button Module Endurance) attached.
Yes I just downloaded that software. I open up the Fanatec wheel page. It asks me to update the Firmware. I say yes. Then nothing happens.
Now it says please connect wheel correctly and start in bootloader mode
Same here. I have PC Driver version 450. I launch the control panel and all devices show up except the wheel. The wheel is greyed out. I try to do a manual update and it says the wheel is not attached to the base. The button module used to work. Not sure what happened to it.
