CSL Elite Wheel Base Initial problem (just arrived)

This week I bought the CSL Elite Wheel Base + and CSL Elite Pedals package with the ClubSport Volante Formula 1 Esports. I never got to see the wheel work. When I turn on the base I have the red LED of my PC mode (I have the PC) and everything is ok here. When the calibration of the steering wheel begins, the last 3 LEDs (purple) of the tachometer do not light up and do not give electricity to the steering wheel. I post a video of a user who has my same problem (minute 0.56).

Please help me, the product is NEW!!!!

    Hi mate I have the exact same problem as you. Except ours is 5 days old. I'm guessing you have also sent a message to tech support at Fanatec and are waiting to hear back? Sounds like there is a definite problem with this model at the moment. Also does the LED light up on the steering wheel itself??

  • Hi! I still have not contacted fanatec support, before doing so I wanted to try with the forum if the problem could be solved. The steering wheel always remains off, no LED on.

    Good that you contacted support. Have you checked the power cord/connection for a possible issue?

    I checked the power supply, all the USB sockets, downloaded all the drivers and firmware. I don't know what to try again. There is a shorter pin on the steering wheel but I read that it is normal.
