Fix (No so)quick release steering wheel podium base

Hello,
I think I got a fix for the sticking steering wheel on a Podium base.
Did try some light grease on it before that, but it was not working, felt like it was a bit vacuum when removing the wheel.
Now I put some graphene dust on the rubber bushing after cleaning the rubber bushing, which seems to do the trick!
I just did and it is a good improvement ,but we will see how it works when the steering wheel is some time longer on the base.
For now it's great!

I used this stuff, but I think if you got a ordinary pencil and just write on the rubber I guess that will work too.
I'm not sure that using conductive powder so close to the pins is a great idea...
Jeah, don't put the whole bottle on it!
Just a light coat will do just fine, surface of the rubber bushing is nowhere near the pins for that matter.
It is right next to the air intake though. Honestly - conductive powder is a bad idea. Use PTFE or silicone lubricant.
I would highly suggest not using this. As Gagaryn mentioned, a small amount of PTFE would be enough.
Ok,I will try that then.
Thanks for the tip!
